  The HWQ15 series is the latest generation of isolated, high performance 15 W DC/DC converters in an encapsulated, shielded 1" x 1" x 0.4" metal package. The new and improved design allows for full integration of EN 55032 Class A filters and significantly reduces no-load power consumption (96-336 mW).

  The advanced circuit design allows high efficiency at low output loads: typical efficiency is 85% at 20% load and up to 91% during nominal operation. This allows the HWQ15 to operate over the -40°C to +70°C temperature range without derating.

  All models feature a wide 2:1 input voltage range and precisely regulated isolated output voltage. Other features include remote on/off and trimmable outputs. Typical applications for these converters include distributed power architectures in mobile devices, instrumentation, communications and industrial electronics, and anywhere PCB space is critical.
