  The HVQ20 series is a family of ruggedized 20 W DC/DC converters for high reliability in harsh environments, taking our existing 1" x 1" package up to 20 W. The HVQ20 features a wide 4:1 input range and enhanced immunity to EMI, shock/vibration, and thermal shock in a compact, six-sided, shielded 1" x 1" metal package.

  The innovative design provides up to 91% high efficiency, resulting in an operating temperature range of -40 to +65°C without derating. Built-in features such as internal EN 55032 Class A filters, input undervoltage lockout, short circuit protection, remote on/off and output voltage regulation make the series suitable for virtually any application requirement, thus simplifying the design introduction process.
